A kérésünk csupán annyi, hogy a csererendelésedet Karácsony után add le! Hiszen most azzal vagyunk elfoglalva, hogy mindenkinek el tudjuk készíteni a karácsonyfa alá szánt ajándékokat. Nekünk nagyon fontos, hogy teljesíteni tudjuk a már beérkezett rendeléseket, hiszen nem szeretnénk csalódást okozni azoknak, akik megbíztak bennünket a karácsonyi ajándékaik elkészítésével. Ez nagy megtiszteltetés nekünk, PamutManóknak, és a csererendelésed későbbi leadásával Te is segíted a munkánkat! Hogy biztosan ne fuss ki az időből meghosszabbított cseregaranciát biztosítunk. Ez azt jelenti, hogy Karácsony után egészen január 31-ig le tudod majd adni a csererendelésed!

We want our products to live up to your expectations and make you happy to wear them. We'll be happy to help if the size isn't ideal or if you need to make changes to the fit or pattern.

You will have 30 days after fulfilment to exchange your original order. Here you can specify exactly which product we will make for you.

Your new T-shirt will be free in most cases. If you change to a more expensive item, we will always indicate the price change.

On average, we'll prepare it for you within 2-4 working days and let you know how your order is coming.

Our coupons and current campaigns cannot be applied to exchange orders.

We have a very convenient solution to save you the hassle of returning your item.
You can keep the product(s) you originally ordered.
We will make your new product at a 50% discount.
The shipping cost will be the same amount that you paid before for your original order.
You will end up having 2 products at the end.
